Short codes are shorter telephone numbers used to send text messages from your mobile device. Most common used for television voting or to receive updates from your favorite services.
What is a keyword?
A keyword is the first "word" that is sent in a message, for example "Go" or "Join."
How much does it cost to join?
That depends on which short code service you use. The price list is included on our Short Code Graph. Standard text messaging rates through Simmetry still apply.
How do I know what short codes I can use?
We have provided a current list of all short codes that are compatible with your Simmetry service.
How do I stop receiving short code messages?
You can simply send a message saying "Stop" to the short code number you would like to unsubscribe from.
I'm a pre-paid customer, will this work for my service?
Yes, the charges will come out of your pre-paid feature balance.
How am I billed if I'm a post-paid customer?
You will see the charges on your monthly bill received in the mail each month.
