Phone Support

If you would like to reset your phone's settings (including data for accessing the mobile web) follow the instructions below for your phone type. Simmetry provides these phone support services free of charge to our subscribers.
Phone Sites for Settings

Nokia Instructions:

  1. Go to Nokia's support website using this link (their site will load in a NEW browser so that you can refer back to these instructions as needed).

  2. Under the Order Settings section of the page, click on the Get standard settings. This will pull up a disclaimer window.
  3. Click the Accept terms and continue button at the bottom once you've read and agree to the terms.
  4. The next window tell you more about ordering your Standard Settings. Click Start.
  5. Next choose your phone model from the drop-down menu Phone Model then clicking Next.
  6. Select your network from the Network drop-down menu and click Next.
  7. On the next screen you will see a field labeled Security measure.In this field enter the characters as shown on the image directly below.
  8. Now type your ten-digit mobile phone number in the field labeled Phone number. For example, (206)555-1212 should be entered as: 2065551212. (No spaces, hyphens, parentheses).
  9. Click Order Settings.
  10. After the request is submitted, within a few minutes, the handset will receive a text message with your data settings. On your phone select Save the settings (or similar text). The handset is now ready.

Sony Instructions:

  1. Go to Sony's support website using this link (their site will load in a NEW browser so that you can refer back to these instructions as needed).

  2. Click the Select product link from the Phone setup area of the page.
  3. Follow the online instructions selecting the appropriate information for your phone and service. If you do not understand the instructions on the site do not hesitate to contact Simmetry. A store representative will be happy to assist you.
